Exhibit space tables/chairs and lecture/demonstration options are offered subject to availability. Payment in full reserves your choices. Payment options include check, money order, PayPal or credit card.

 

Exhibit Space @ $85.00 Note: A limited number of tables are available. Tables and chairs available first come, first served with paid registration.

 

(all spaces include access to electricity – exhibitor provides own extension cord/power strip)

 

Wireless Internet (available only in Center Court spaces)

 

Lecture/Demonstration opportunity (40 minutes) @ $10.00

 


FAIR Rules for Exhibitors

 

Please note the hours of the event:

* Saturday, Sept. 12: Setup time from 8 AM – 10 AM only. The Fair will be open to the public from 10 AM to 9 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
* Sunday, Sept. 13: Fair will be open to the public from 12 NOON to 6 PM on Sunday, September 13, 2009.
Tear down, or vacating your booth, will not begin until 6 PM.

 

1. Please not hours of the event.
 
2. Upon opening each day all exhibits must be fully installed and you will be ready for business. Dismantling will begin no earlier than 6pm on Sunday, due to security and safety concerns, as well as the risk of injury to attendees or other vendors. Any vendor dismantling or vacating their booth prior to 6PM, without prior Sponsor approval, will not be invited back .
 
3. All products and services to be sold, offered or referred to during The Billings Holistic Wellness Fair, must be included on the “products sold" lines above or they may not be part of the exhibit. (Please attach additional list if necessary.)
 
4. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any vendor, product, company and/or service, and Sponsor’s judgment shall be final.
 
5. Vendors are responsible for meeting all State Resale, Licensing, Permitting, and Health Department requirements.
 
6. Vendor(s) agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner appropriate to the integrity of the attendees, fellow vendors and show management staff, both prior and during the Fair. Sponsor retains the right to have a vendor and their product removed from the event, if in their opinion, this does not occur.
 
7. No sharing, splitting, or subletting of booths, without prior approval from the Fair staff. Only one reader, healer, vendor or business, per booth.
 
8. Distribution of samples and literature is strictly limited to the confines of the Vendor booth. Voice and or music amplification must be kept to a sufficiently low volume as not to disturb other vendors or attendees. There will be no soliciting for business, outside of your booth confines.
 
9. Sponsor will provide the booth package, (items and prices, as listed in this vendor contract).
 
10. Although Rimrock Mall will provide 24 hour Security, insurance is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Sponsor is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen goods, equipment, or materials.
 
11. Vendor is financially and legally liable for any damage caused to booths, decorations or to any Mall property.
 
12. Vendor will indemnify Sponsor and show management for claims and/or suits arising from or between vendors, and any other party including attendees, employees, guests, other vendors or members of the public related to their exhibition rental.
 
13. Vendors will comply with all Rimrock Mall House Rules.
 
14. Smoking, smudging or burning of candles, will not be permitted in the Mall. Additionally all Federal, State and City laws pertaining to fire and safety must be adhered to.
 
15. In the event any outside force beyond the control of the Sponsor, such as war, terrorism, work stoppage, fire, major weather occurrence, act of God or other disaster or state of emergency, or any circumstances beyond the sponsors control, prevents the event from taking place, then the Sponsor reserves the right to retain Vendor payments for expense compensation.
 
16. Vendor setup will not be permitted until Sponsor has a signed contract, and all required booth fees are paid in full.
 
17. This contract will be official and binding when signed by an officer or designated representative of the Vendor and Sponsor.
 
18. Any questions or issues that are not covered in this contract shall be subject solely to the decision of the Sponsor.
 
19. Any violation of the rules of the EXPO, and or State and Local Laws, which result in vendor removal from the EXPO, will forfeit any and all fees paid to the EXPO and no refunds will be given.
 
20. Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable.
 
21. You are free to use easels, stands, or other equipment, so long as it does not block the view of other vendors, from the public and remains within exhibit booth boundaries.
 
22. Lecture/demonstrations are 40 minutes in duration, beginning on the hour, to commence at 11 AM Saturday and 1 PM Sunday. White board/markers/easel and sound system will be available. All other audio-visual needs must be provided by the Vendor/Exhibitor.
